Case Dismissed!

After four and a half hours of preliminary hearings in Washington County today, attorneys at Carr Law Firm obtained a dismissal for their client on charges of Capital Murder, Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery, and Participation in Street Gang Activity regarding a shooting on Nelson Street on July 3.
